As a convenience for established patients, Dr. Homer offers direct access to prescribed medications — including compounded peptides and hormones — as an alternative to commercial or compounding pharmacy orders.
For Established Patients Only
This portal is available exclusively to established patients of Dr. Homer. It provides a convenient alternative to ordering through commercial or compounding pharmacies that Dr. Homer is credentialed with — same physician oversight, streamlined for you.
Available medications include compounded peptides, hormones, and other physician-prescribed therapies. All orders are reviewed and must be authorized by Dr. Homer before fulfillment.
All products are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party licensed pharmacies. Dr. Homer does not manufacture, store, or profit from any medication ordered through this portal — this service exists solely as a convenience for patients.
How Orders Are Handled
Refills will be processed as appropriate for patients in active treatment. If you are interested in something new — a medication or therapy not previously prescribed to you — a consultation with the office will be required for that specific request. You can submit any request through the portal; if a consultation is needed, the office will reach out to schedule one.
Not Yet a Patient? You Can Still Browse
If you are not yet an established patient, you are welcome to go through the ordering process on the portal to explore what is available. However, no order will be fulfilled until you have completed the standard intake process — which includes a full history and physical, labs when indicated, and a plan for regular follow-up. The office will call you to get everything started.
How It Works
Established Patients Only
This portal is for patients who already have an active relationship with Dr. Homer. New patients must schedule an initial consultation before accessing the pharmacy.
Request Your Invitation
Click the button below to access the patient portal and submit your request. Dr. Homer will receive a notification to review and authorize your access.
Browse Your Prescribed Medications
Once authorized, you can view and order medications that Dr. Homer has prescribed for you — including compounded peptides, hormones, and other therapies.
Physician Review Before Fulfillment
Every new order is reviewed by Dr. Homer before it is fulfilled. Refills on existing prescriptions may be processed without an additional consultation.
